Liked: Breakfast buffet was amazing! So many choices. Wonderful hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Lack of flair and atmosphere in a standard everyday hotel
Disliked: Located in a busy neighborhood surrounded by rather ugly buildings waiting for demolition the hotel might deserve 4 but not 5 stars compared to other 5-star hotels in Athens city center. The Akropolis view of the high-priced rooms is unfortunately spoiled by rundown buildings next to the hotel. The breakfast was okay but not worthy of a true 5-star hotel. However, the view over Athens in the breakfast room was stunning and beautiful.
Liked: It was just PERFECT. The location, the facilities, the staff, just excellent. Thank you for everything!

Liked: The location was excellent, and everything was within walking distance.
Disliked: At a five-star hotel, even if you simply want to have a cup of tea or coffee after 8:00–9:00 PM, you are expected to order food or alcohol. Refusing to serve hotel guests who only want a hot drink is a major disappointment and reflects poorly on the hotel’s service standards. I believe a five-star hotel should be able to provide such a basic service to its guests
