Liked: We absolutely loved our stay at the Pan Hotel! The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of so many attractions, shops, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the wonderful staff. Highly recommend!
Disliked: The elevator was quite small, so we had to make several trips to get all our luggage upstairs. Breakfast had a great variety of options, but the seating area could get crowded at times. Overall, these were minor inconveniences during an otherwise wonderful stay.
Liked: Great location to metro and bus station. quiet place but many restaurants around the corner.
Liked: The lady server at breakfast was the only descent experience
Disliked: Dirty The matress terrible The reception personell indifferent. Empty box for shower cup and other amenities.
A pleasant stay at a central location
Liked: The additional small private bedroom with a single bed is a rare find in hotels. The room accommodated our family of 4 very well. The reception staff were friendly and chatty. Breakfast bufffet was great with many food options to choose from (no hot food cooked on the spot). Would stay again.
