Liked: The view from the breakfast area was very nice
Disliked: The hotel needs urgently renovation. Can you believe that there are 3 power sockets in the whole room and no one of these are near the bed? I had to ask for a power extension. Its an old hotel with old furniture, bed and bathroom.

Liked: The location is spectacular- and the rooms facing the Acropolis and Temple of Zeus has a large picture window and are very spacious. The views are stunning however, this does not make up for many deficits.
Disliked: The Hotel is quite dated in the decor and the mattresses are quite old. Additionally the staff is not very service oriented - at the reception and especially at the breakfast room. My TV was not working and the safe did not close. I asked the reception to please correct this and it took 2 days. Additionally, the service staff at breakfast were quite abrupt with several elderly couples.
Liked: The location is central and convinient. The coffee served was amazing.
Disliked: The room was old, dingy and a musky smell. Staff esp front desk behaved like they were doing us a favour. Very poor customer experience.
Liked: The location and the that the staff tried to help resolving the issue with the shower-head. The second query was successful.
Disliked: The shower head was broken and moldy and the water never reached a safe temperature. The hotel is old and worn and needs a revamp. Breakfast was not having the structure to cope with the need.

Liked: Location was good, we had a suite, it was beautiful and quiet at night. Breakfast was Ok
Disliked: The upstairs restaurant was fully booked for conference, and we couldn’t even go nap to the bar for a drink at night. It as very disappointing.
