Very special!
Liked: This is our favorite hotel in Athens. It is perfect from the service at the reception, to the amenities in the room. We also love Milos restaurant in the hotel, the view from the room and ofc the location! It id super central.

Premium price, average stay
Liked: The food was excellent, the bedding was very comfortable, and overall the staff at front desk were helpful. The manager at breakfast also came to apologies for the service/ lack there of.
Disliked: The first family room we were given was an accessible room that felt like an afterthought — almost like a leftover space that had later been converted into a hotel room. The floors were heavily marked and scraped, there was virtually no natural light, and the accessible bathroom had no bath for young children. I also paid a premium for a spa massage, which was unfortunately one of the worst I’ve experienced. There was no music or relaxing atmosphere, the whole experience felt awkward and uncomfortable, and certainly not what you would expect from a premium hotel spa. For the premium charged, particularly for families, the overall experience was disappointing.
Beautiful rooms but pricey considering they don’t have a rooftop or a pool. Don’t stay on the street side it’s noisy
Liked: The beds were amazing. So cool for table and beautiful lined. The rooms were so clean. Great shower. Loved the details in the room like the tea bags, kettle, toiletries. The lighting setting.
Disliked: My room was initially above a tequila bar. I couldn’t sleep because the bar was in full swing blasting music. The hotel switched my room the next day after I complained and then it was fine. One night didn’t have hot water in my shower because of some button that was off. They had to call the plumber to switch it on. There’s no rooftop or view.
