Exceptional
We enjoyed our stay and like the hotel but we didn’t have a great room this time
Liked: Great location and very friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: Room on the first floor was a bit noisy. Mattress and pillows were not very comfortable.
Memorable, good to the soul
Liked: Breakfast was excellent and varied daily. Everything was made with great care. They paid close attention to detail, always. We were impressed by everyone who worked there. They were at their best every time and made us feel special. Hospitality is clearly their passion. Theodora, Maria, and others at the front desk were so kind and helpful. We also greatly enjoyed Chris, the talented pianist who jazzed just about any famous song with grace and a truly unique style. We felt the entire experience was superb and would love to return to Samaria Hotel again soon.

Disliked: Parking shouldn't pay because We stay in the hotel, the hotel should provider his paking lot like so many other hotals, in our trip we stayed so many hotals it is only one for asking payment of parking lot!
Liked: The hotel is well located just a few minutes walk from Chania old town and the harbour, making it very convenient. Our room was very good, the bed was very comfortable and despite being in town our room was quiet. A special mention should also be made for the staff who are wonderful - friendly, cheerful and helpful every day.
Disliked: Everything was fine.
