Fabulous
Good for a short stay
Liked: Perfect location and lovely host, he let us store our luggage which was very nice. Apartment had all necessary facilities (washing machine, etc.)
Disliked: Apartment is very small and the only window is facing the wall so you get no sunlight. We only stayed for two nights and i don’t think i would wanna stay longer. Very thin walls and hard to sleep at night. Would expect better for the price.
TOO NOISY, resting is impossible
Liked: The decoration is nice, and the place is very clean. Very central at the heart of the town. Easy self check-in Bottles of water, and various kitchen and bathroom amenities are provided.
Disliked: Nicely decorated... But this doesn't mean everything. An accommodation is also meant for resting—and sleeping during the night, not for being constantly disturbed by noise coming from every direction. It’s the city center, sure, so street noise is to be expected. But here you have the full combo! There was a mind-numbing, repetitive thumping beat from a sound system on the street starting at 9:30 AM... And to make matters worse, the landing window was left open and the street door was deliberately kept ajar at all times. Also there was a barking dog in the house, barking all day long until very late. And starting very early. Every footstep from the neighbor(s) upstairs reverberated tenfold. There were heavy sounds on the stairs and loud voices from other tenants coming and going up and down the stairs, a kid jumping hard on every wooden step to really amplify the sound... Doors slamming, etc etc And all this despite the earplugs, so intense was the noise. It was absolutely unbearable. The studios are packed right next to each other, with no regard for the inevitable issues caused by the total absence of soundproofing and this constant noise disturbance. So, regardless of the physical comforts of the place and the nice decoration, the noise makes it impossible to rest and ruins your stay due to lack of sleep. The view from the only window is depressing—just a wall and a back courtyard. If only it at least shielded you from street noise... but that isn't even the case. Unfortunately, given these major drawbacks and the disrupted sleep, in all honesty, I cannot recommend this place.

Central location, great space, easy to find
Liked: Great location. Easy to find looking for the street number and there were signs on the front door at the street as well as the door to enter the apartment. Very comfy and lots of space for the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Loved the coffee pod machine.

Disliked: A few details that need attention. The kitchinette had a refrigerator with a heavily rusted door, The shower curtain also looked very old and dirty and should be replaced.
