Fabulous
Great location. Great helpful host
Liked: Great location. Very easy short walk into beautiful and busy Corfu old town area. The apartment was perfect for gathering the family together before we went sailing for a week. Stamatina, our host, was exceptionally helpful, answering every question we had by return and helping us with taxis to get to Gouvia marina.
Disliked: The only small drawback about the location is parking is a problem in the area. It is very difficult to find a parking space and worth finding out where the paid car parks in the area are so you have a place to go if there are no parking spaces. We always managed to find a space but it meant driving around for a bit.
Best stay ever!
Liked: This apartment was more than perfect for our stay. It was so close to the main shopping and restaurant part and only a 10 min walk to the swimming spot. The apartment itself was so spacious and more than enough room for 4 people. The host was so accommodating as well and left a bottle of wine and water in the fridge which we enjoyed drinking on the balcony. The view from the balcony is insane as well! So beautiful! Would 100% stay here again.

Disliked: I stayed here for two nights at the end of May to celebrate a special birthday. The location and views were excellent, but during my stay I found the apartment to be very different from the standard presented in the listing. During my stay, the apartment was tired and in need of maintenance. The bathroom was not cleaned to the standard I would reasonably expect from holiday accommodation and there were several maintenance issues, including loose electrical fittings, difficult to operate internal doors, missing plugs and general signs of wear. I photographed the issues and reported them to the owner during our stay. The owner acknowledged my concerns and advised that the issues would be addressed after my stay. The owner was friendly and always replied to my text messages. This review reflects my personal experience during my stay. The location and views are undoubtedly the property's strongest features. However, in my opinion, the condition and overall standard of the accommodation did not represent good value for the price paid and did not match the expectations created by the Booking.com listing. Had the apartment been represented more accurately, I would have chosen alternative accommodation.
