Fabulous
Perfect cozzy apartment close to airport and old town
Liked: Perfect location for overnight before flying the next morning, very very cozzy and comfy. It has everything you need for a short stay. Easy parking right beside in the main street.
Disliked: Everything fully filled our expectations.
Disliked: We booked a one-bedroom apartment. It turned out it was below the ground floor - to me this resembled a basement. Was dark and the furniture was worn out. Small windows. There was rust in the bathroom. Access to the terrace only through the bedroom. To me that was very different than what I have read and seen. Pics have been taken from very nice angles and though the furniture is the same - it is quite worn out. As soon as we entered, we wanted to leave and not stay there. The property managers refused to give us a full refund as they said this is a subjective view, not an objective reason for us to not stay. Thanks to the booking.com terms, I still managed to get 50%+ of my payment back, but it was thanks to the booking terms. The host refused that - they were going to refund one night only out of four. I realise my opinion could be subjective but I would not let my family stay in the place given its quality hence my decision to leave.
Amazing! It was our second time staying in Domus Lux Houses and we will definitely be staying here again
Liked: Property is as described, very close to Corfu Old Town and to Mon Repos Beach. It’s very clean and has all necessary amenities. The hosts are very helpfull and prompt.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great!
Lovely apartment and hosts!
Liked: I travelled with my mom, and we loved our stay at Domus Lux. Rena and Eftychia were constantly in contact with us. They provided all the information we needed and they were really attentive. The apartment was really clean, the bed was super comfortable and the place it's about 20 minutes walking from the airport. Close to the center, you get there with the 2a bus line. We were really happy there! We'll come back for sure:)
Liked: Apartment was very nice and well equipped and really near to the airport. Host was very kind and positive.
Great stay & lovely staff
Liked: Exceptional customer service the lady we met was absolutely lovely
Disliked: A little bit difficult to get to as taxis don’t drive down and no lift but great accommodation overall!!
