The perfect week to relax in an old town
Liked: Fabulous character property in a superb location just 15 mins walk from the old town. It's also walkable from the airport so that's a real bonus. We had a great week and the hosts were superb. We asked about sun loungers and they provided two, no problem! There was a water shut off for a couple of hours and they kept us informed all along the way. It is spacious, well equipped and the perfect location to feel part of the local community.
Disliked: Corfu town is busy with the airport and traffic so expect some noise. Having said that it didn't detract from the quality of our holiday. We would book this house again at the drop of a hat.
Liked: The property is very cute and clean. Everywhere was spotless when we arrived. The owner was very responsive to our requests. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated the snacks that the owner left for us in the kitchen. Melina's Urban Retreat was the most beautiful and well kept house in the neighbourhood, with private parking and a patio in front of the house
Disliked: There should be instructions to let the guests know that the air will automatically be shut off when the windows are open We couldn't figure why the house was so warm until we messaged the owner.

Liked: Melina's Urban Retreat feels like home. One of my best stays from Booking so far and location is very convinient if you want to walk more, everything was close enough, 10mins from the airport, 10mins to the City center and old town and to the Bus terminal. Simply amazing place.
