Exceptional
Liked: Kallia at the reception has been an awesome host in everything.
Disliked: Breakfast could have some local products. It was more like a brunch not a breakfast
The stay was not at all as expected
Liked: The room was huge and stylish.
Disliked: My review is according to the price I paid: As the room was quite expensive (1 person 3 nights beginning of October, for approx. 160 per night) I was also expecting more. I was on the first floor and could hear everything going on in the reception. Additionally the cleaner was extremely loud when cleaning around my room. Hence I could not sleep after tops 8 a.m. So in my opinion, the hotel did not fulfill it's purpose. The swimming pool was nothing like in the pictures. It is tiny in comparison to the hotel's pictures and its not on the rooftop as it appears to be, its on the groundfloor between buildings. The hotels parking was also tiny and we multiple times didn't find a parking spot in it. Once we even had to look around for a parking spot around 30mins. The glasses, plates and cutlery were not clean.
Excellent stay - great, spacious apartment. Clean and comfortable
Liked: Exceptionally clean and well presented - bed was very comfortable! Staff were really helpful and efficient at last minute arrangements, taxi bookings and anything we needed throughout our stay. Location was good - easy walking distance into the centre and close to bus links to beaches and Knossos.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay with you! Thank you for being so attentive and kind. Your beds were great, the bathroom too, kitchenette had everything we needed. Living room was spaces and smartly arranged. The balcony is a great add on. Location was great. We could walk to all the main attractions. The old town is 15-18min walk. Loads of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets in walking distance, too.
Disliked: The pool was quite smaller than what we understood from the pictures but ok at the end it was still nice to have. Less Chlorine would have been also better.
