  Confort and well located

  Liked: The location in the city center but in a quiet street. Confortable room and beds with large balcony. Excellent breakfast included!

  Accom was very clean and comfortable, no kettle or tea/coffee making, very bare necessities

  Disliked: The photo image on booking.com site looked nothing like the view that was actually available Very deceptive- I showed one of the staff the photo and even they looked surprised

  Very good choice in Heraklion

  Liked: Friendly, efficient service; warm welcome, an incredible breakfast buffet, comfortable bed albeit in a small bedroom. We found the location excellent because we don’t rent cars anymore and we like to be right in the historic centers, so we can walk everywhere. We were 5 minutes from the Lion fountain and 1 minute from the Historical Museum, two minutes from the sea. It’s not for everyone. Parking was difficult and the ‘sidewalks’ were bad if there were any. So many motorcycles. We took several excursions; this hotel is recognized.

  Disliked: Nothing. We had a great stay.
