Liked: The house is spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and has everything we need. The host is exceptionally welcoming, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location is great for exploring Heraklion. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Crete!

Liked: This apartment is brand new and well equipped, with parking available on site. It's just a 15-minute walk to the city center and old town, making it easy to explore on foot. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Disliked: A couple of small downsides: the sound insulation isn't great — if someone speaks loudly in the corridor, it can be easily heard inside the room. Also, the bathroom is a bit too small, which makes it a little awkward to use.

Liked: Nice stay overall. A special thanks to the young man at the reception who truly stood out with his exceptional hospitality compared to other team members.

Disliked: The mattress could be more comfortable, but overall everything else was satisfactory.
