The 68-room hotel, fully renovated in 2017, is open all year and is located at the Chanioporta area, the main entrance to the city's historic centre, with direct access to a taxi station and bus stops.

  Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Check-in staff was also very friendly and helpful

  Liked: The staff were helpful and responsive when we raised our concerns, and the breakfast was very good. These were definitely the highlights of our stay.

  Disliked: Very disappointing experience – far below 4-star standards Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The bathroom had visible mould stains throughout the tile joints, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Several fixtures were also in poor condition, including a shower holder that was barely attached to the wall. After raising our complaints with the staff, we were moved to another room. Although it was slightly better, it still did not meet the standards we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The bedding and towels were another major disappointment. The duvet cover appeared to have holes, and the towels were worn, stained and visibly dirty. These are basic hygiene and quality standards that should never be an issue at a hotel of this category. Overall, the condition of the rooms, poor maintenance and questionable cleanliness made our stay very unpleasant. Based on our experience, I would rate this hotel closer to a 2-star establishment rather than a 4-star hotel. Definitely not the standard we expected or paid for.

  Great place and staff, but too noisy

  Liked: Location, only a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The view from the hotel is nice, especially from the rooftop where breakfast is served. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable.

  Disliked: Too noisy. Unfortunately, we could hear people talking in the rooms next door. We didn't have the best sleep because of that. We could also hear noise from the streets.
