Liked: Location was excellent. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience - we skipped it after two days.

Disliked: We woke up to discover ants crawling over the floor of bedroom and they had infested my husbands luggage. The situation was taken care of with spray and caulking but it was unsettling.

  Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Space was very well arranged with a modern and comfortable design. The main bedroom especially had a very comfortable bed and the sweet treats and coffee were lovely with one of the better views in the city centre.

Disliked: The couch bed was really poor quality and didn't offer great sleep. Unfortunately there is also a very, very noisy bar next to the hotel that was pounding club music from early evening to night which wasn't great for our small children. The breakfast was generous and the restaurant has really lovely seating - unfortunately it was really, really busy when we were there and it took a good 30 minutes to get our drinks and hour for all the food to arrive. The portions were actually a little overwhelming, the choice was lovely but I would recommend less is more if the quality and time to arrive is better.

  Comfortable, central, convenient

Liked: Comfortable and central. Finding it from the airport wasn't too easy. We expected to be picked up at the airport, but in fact we should have checked WhatsApp.

Disliked: The pick-up at the airport.

Good location, good breakfast, nice place

Liked: The lady in the restaurant was very kind and patient, she deserves a raise! She store our luggage as we couldn't get early check in.The property meet our expectations.

Disliked: The location is very centric and convenient, but the bells of the church and the school yard makes it noisy in the morning, also noisy in the night with other guests.

Nice room, but not a hotel

Liked: We had a nice view of Heraklion.

Disliked: This is not a hotel. It's more like a AirBnB. Breakfast was in the (breakfast only) restaurant on the first floor. Plenty of food, but kind of impersonal. There was a strong sewer odor coming from the bathroom. Not much Heraklion can do about it, but annoying nonetheless. There is no staff on site. This is strictly a room rental. They should not call it a "hotel".
