  Liked: Good location, clean

Disliked: The jaccuzi is not working properly and seems very hazardous if you try to plug it making sparks, we chose not to use it

Perfect location, beautiful stay & an exceptional host!

Liked: Absolutely fantastic stay! The location couldn’t be better — right in the centre of Heraklion and within walking distance of everything. The suite feels like a beautiful little apartment: modern, spotless and equipped with everything you could need, including a washing machine. Having a parking spot was also such a bonus! But the real highlight was our host. He was incredibly kind, helpful and responsive, always replying within seconds — even when I messaged him very late! He genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Heraklion. Would 100% recommend and happily stay again!

My big recommendation for this hotel

Liked: The apartment was very large. The location is excellent.

Disliked: The owner is very attentive and kind. We were with children and he did everything to let us check in early and not have to wait.

The only nice thing about it was the location

  Liked: Only the location

Disliked: The room was not clean as it should. There were a lot of insects flying or crawling. The AC was not cleaned and I couldn’t turn it on because I started coughing due to the dust and the mold inside it. The internet also was about 10-20mbps and I couldn’t work. Also the hosts couldn’t care less about parking about how your stay was etc. I can only upload 4 photos… I would upload more.
