Liked: Overall we had great experience staying 4 days. Great host, always available via text and helpful for every information we needed. The apartment itself is very clean and in Center of Heraklion, perfect access to whatever one needs like restaurants, super market and souvenir shops; still quiet and cozy apartment to relax though!

Disliked: Staircase to the apartment is narrow, a bit challenging to drag heavy luggages up. Luckily we had just one.

Liked: Friendly staff, prompt communication, easy check-in and check-out process, and great location to downtown. I love the little patio and the nice coffee shop right down the street. No lift, but it’s not an issue.

  Nice studio with challenging access

Liked: The studio, no.2, was clean & comfortable. Mini kitchen suitable for making tea & coffee. Good central position. Quiet.

Disliked: The main drawback was the difficult access. Forty narrow stairs made it challenging for older people with medium sized luggage. Fit people with small to medium luggage would be ok. Other than the access the room was good.
