Liked: Exceptional location, plenty of space, very clean. Host was kind and responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine which he arranged to be fixed right away, which was much appreciated.

  Disliked: Nothing.

Good stay overall but the owner did not provide adequate customer service

Liked: Was spacious and in an excellent location.

Disliked: Certain things were broken (like the washing machine and baby bed) but the owner showed no interest on fixing them.

Excellent location, spacious - would stay again

Liked: Excellent location, spacious apartment and secure - walking distance to shops, restaurants, port, bus stop. But quiet enough in evenings to sleep. Took city bus to Knossos palace.

Disliked: Beds were a little firm, some minor parts in apartment are a little ‘tired’ and could use a refresh but everything was working.

Liked: Everything was great. The apartment was very spacious, functional, and had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the church. Despite its central location, it was very quiet at night. The apartment also had external blinds, which I consider a huge advantage. We had everything we needed, and we will definitely choose this accommodation again in the future. Communication with the host was excellent — the host was very kind and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

  Disliked: Nothing, everthing was great
