If ever we are in Heraklion we would definitely stay here again

Liked: After our ferry across to Santorini was cancelled due to the storm, we needed somewhere to stay for the night at very short notice. I made the booking at 9am, called the owner who couldn't have been more helpful and allowed us to check in early (around 10am). The owner was on hand to meet us at the property and couldn't have been as kind and helpful to us in our current situation.

  Perfect hosts, perfect stay!

Liked: The very best part of this apartment are the hosts. You feel like family when you arrive and closer family when you leave. The hosts are so amazing. After arriving in the evening, we visited with the host in their garden. It was such a lovely end to the day. The apartment was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was nice and cool, and the location was excellent. We only spent one night as we arrived late and did not want to drive 2 1/2 to three hours to our next destination. The apartment is 1.3 miles from the airport so it made it very convenient for a late night.

Disliked: Nothing! I loved everything especially the hosts.

  A wonderful stay at Eleni’s

Liked: We had such a wonderful stay at Eleni’s apartment in Heraklion. From the moment we arrived, Eleni made us feel incredibly welcome. She was there to greet us, patiently explained everything, and made us feel completely at home. We were especially touched by her warmth and generosity. Eleni even offered us drinks and fresh fruit. It felt less like staying in an apartment and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. My daughter and I felt safe, comfortable, and very well looked after throughout our stay. Eleni was also extremely helpful when we needed a taxi for our very early morning trip to the airport. She arranged everything for us, and the driver was very nice, punctual, and the price was very reasonable. A truly lovely host and a lovely apartment. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Eleni’s place to anyone visiting Heraklion. Thank you, Eleni, for making our stay so special! ❤️

  Disliked: Nothing to say.

Very welcoming and great for a short stay!

Liked: Convenient to the airport so perfect for that pre- or post-flight stay. Clean, quiet and well stocked. The star here is Eleni herself, who could not be nicer or more helpful.
