Professional staff, nice room, great location, great breakfast, good value

Liked: We arrived at 3:00 am and were greeted by a super friendly woman who was expecting us and quickly got us checked in and settled in our room. She even gave us a 13:00 late check out since we arrived so late. There was an elevator. The location was a ten minute drive from the airport. The room was very clean and had very nice amenities. The buffet breakfast was outstanding.

Liked: Very friendly staff (Pavlos!) and spotless clean establishment. Elegant lobby to a degree. We were three and in the only room available the limited space was a problem. the evening dining was ok with limited generosity to food quantities which was surprising when taking in consideration the pricing. Breakfast was excellent which allowed a wide choice and attentive staff. A very pleasant experience.

  True starlike treatment

Liked: The exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and helpful staff. They make you feel like an exclusive guest from the moment you arrive. Best hotel´s breakfast I ever had - at Vetri Restaurant had extensive variety, fresh Cretan ingredients, and locally sourced juices. Excellent night's sleep due to the high-quality bedding and the quiet, residential location of the hotel.

Liked: The accommodations and the service of the staff you cannot ask for better service and a nicer location. We were located on a main street and in the center of the city highly recommended
