  Good location

Liked: The location is good and the property spacious.

Disliked: Both bedroom and the kitchen are dark. You have to switch on the lights all the time. The bathroom was too small.

The owner put the wrong apartment keys on the Ismini lock box. We were staying in 1 bedroom apartmen

Liked: The apartment's location is quite convenient; close to bus terminal and super market

Disliked: The owner has 2 apartments on the ground floor; Ismini-2 bedrooms and Rasphimi- 1 bedroom. The keys on Ismini lock box can not open Ismini apartment. It works on Rasphimi apartment. We went in Rasphimi and settled in 1 bedroom Rasphimi apartment instead. There is another issue on the main entrance door key. You can not open the door until you try 10 to 20 times!!

  Great stay with hospitable owner!

Liked: The property was close to the Ferry port in Heraklion, around 10-15 min walk. The apartment was very clean and having all amenities needed for the stay. The check-in was quite easy via a lock-code and the owner demonstrated great hospitality. We were provided a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee and water bottle upon check-in.

Disliked: The bathroom is a bit small and i missed the balcony.
