  Ideal spot

  Great location, walkable to several restaurants, shopping, etc

  Liked: The hotel was very accommodating to us after our ferry was cancelled. Allowed us early check-in which was wonderful.

  Great location and comfortable room, recommend Herbs Garden

  Liked: Good location and view from superior room. The staff and view from Herbs Garden and the breakfast staff

  Disliked: V poor checking in process about midnight on 14th September, ignored for 5 plus minutes by staff member on phone. Lovely manager of Herbs Garden then came to reception and we asked for his help. This promoted the night manager to produce a form whilst still on the phone and say ‘sign here’! To which I replied ‘please’! Unfortunate first impression. Other staff fine.

Good to know

Kindly note that the Herbs' Garden rooftop restaurant operates from mid April till late October, and Brilliant Restaurant operates from early November till mid April.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the building (public areas & guest rooms). A room recovery fee will be given to guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

Please note that guests who travel with small pets will be charged with 25 euros per pet, per stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
