Liked: Location is excellent, in the centre of the city! Very comfortable, pleasant staff and a lovely lady on reception wearing a superb pair of spectacles! We'll be back!

Outstanding for the price, location, cleanliness and comfort

Liked: Reception were the nicest most helpful people who helped me when my phone charger adaptor failed. So, so kind and pleasant, couldn't have been more welcoming, kind and nice. The breakfast/dinner room was comfortable, clean and practical with great staff. All staff I encountered were professional and helpful. This matters when you are travelling alone as I was on this occasion.

Disliked: On departing luggage can only be left in the foyer, watched over by Reception, I would have prefered it to be behind Reception, as it turned out it was fine.

Excellent location which helps discover the city comfortably

Liked: The hotel is perfect located. This is its greatest asset. Located very close to stores and restaurants. The staff was fantastic, very helpful and caring with our dog too. Breakfast was excellent and varied,

Disliked: The only thing I can "complain" about is the size of the room. The space was very reduced. Otherwise, it was clean and well furnished.

Liked: The stuff was very friendly and welcoming

Disliked: We stayed at Olympic a family of 5 for one night. To fit us all in, we had to book two rooms which were slightly distanced from one another. The room are not as seen in the photos and could use some serious maintenance
