  Central location is lovely, but loud. Building is is historical and beautiful, but doors and window coverings can be a l

  Liked: Loved that the property was so central. It was also a beautiful and historical building.

  Disliked: The window coverings weren’t really black out, the bathroom could be a little more clean (scrubbing corners, fixing hooks, etc.), the doors were pretty difficult to open. Central location was nice, but the street was loud and you could hear planes overhead very clearly. Likely no soundproofing due to the age of the building.

  Nice boutique hotel convenient to the center of Heraklion

  Liked: We liked the location and charm of the hotel … and Thomas was most helpful, eg., with restaurant suggestions - Peskesi was amazing!

  Disliked: Of course, given the age of the building, there can be issues such as fewer electrical outlets. The biggest issue was sound insulation with the airport nearby, but especially the group in the room below us whom we heard talking very loudly at multiple times seemingly all through the night.

  Oasis in Heraklion

  Liked: It’s a couple blocks away from all the hubbub so it’s quiet, but totally walkable to all sorts of restaurants and other things to do. Staff was super helpful helping me store my bike
