  Very nice

  Liked: The directions for accessing key were good, the bathroom was small and the shower was the same room not separate and tiny with a wooden mat that was in the way every time you used toilet

  Disliked: Bathroom situation, would not stay again or recommend

  Comfortable stay with Retro Vibe

  Liked: Excellent location so close to the market, Morosini fountain and square, several takeaway places open early and late. Balcony was great. Good aircon, lift access to 3rd floor for the apartment, cute retro vibe, very clean, shower gel and hand soap was provided. Cafe on the corner (didn't try) and a massage clinic on the next corner (did try, was great and well priced). For a one person short stay first time in Heraklion, it was brilliant. Irini was great at communicating details for check in which was reassuring as I arrived at 11pm.

  Disliked: I found the outside very noisy even with ear plugs - this is beyond the control of the apartment owner. For some reason all of Heraklion is very noisy with flights and I grew up near an airport so I honestly couldn't understand that. The shower is uniquely placed with the water going all over the floor so your bath mat needs to be placed outside the door. There was a stove kettle, not an electric one. Not close to a supermarket; there's a small corner shop for drinks 3mins walk but if you want groceries you need to go to either the market or Super Mamma Bazaar which is near the market.

  Liked: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay in Chania – highly recommended! We stayed at Harma City Living for a week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly kind, polite and accommodating, and they genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The apartment itself was excellent: spotlessly clean, modern, functional and in virtually new condition. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully arranged, and the beds were particularly comfortable. The location is also superb — very convenient for exploring Chania and only about a 10-minute walk from Koum Kapi beach. A special mention has to go to how genuinely pet-friendly Harma City Living is. We stayed with our dog, Taro, and the staff were absolutely lovely and caring towards him. One day, we went to the beach and realised that we had accidentally forgotten to leave the air conditioning on for Taro. We called the staff to ask if they could help, and they immediately went to the apartment and turned it on for him. We really appreciated their willingness to help — it was a lovely example of how accommodating and caring they were throughout our stay. They also regularly checked in with us, asking whether we were happy with our stay and whether there was anything else we needed. We felt genuinely looked after and welcome throughout the entire week. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Chania. Excellent accommodation, a superb location, wonderful people and exceptionally thoughtful service. We would happily stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend Harma City Living — especially to anyone travelling with a dog!

  Great studio!

  Liked: Quiet, clean, comfortable, and close to restaurants and the sea.

  Disliked: Not the fault of the property but it is so hard to find overnight parking in downtown! If you can avoid having a car I would.

  Liked: Terrific location, ideal facilities. An excellent little Studio from which to explore Heraklion.
