  Crete and Heraklion were the highlight of our Greece trip

  Liked: Amazing location within walking distance to everything important. Large bedroom with living room (with pull out sofa) and kitchenette. Daily trash removal, water refill and kitchen clean up. Were able to store our luggage in reception area after check-out for the day. Overall, absolutely loved our stay in Heraklion and Crete.

  Disliked: Everything was perfect.

  Disliked: You show this building and take me to other apartment. The smell in the apartment, boring and narrow, unnecessary big gardrobe, unmaintained parts.. How did you rate this room or hotel like apartment with 4 Stars? I really have difficulty to believe. If I was paying 60 - 80 eu for one night I would maybe not complain that much but if I pay more than 230 eu there is definitely sometging wrong. I am slowly losing my trust to the hotels I am booking via booking as the reality is becoming different that what you see ans think that you have booked.

  would not recomnend for anyone not familiar with the city

  Liked: It was a location that could be reached via taxi in old town walkable to reach dining options. this is an accommodation that someone should stay and if they’re familiar with the city to find the washroom and know what to do and where to go not great for a first time visitor

  Disliked: No staff to check you in and answer questions - no response from hotel using Booking.com messaging about arranging transportation eventually arranged via Booking.com, which did work. very steep spiral staircase, which is unsuitable for anyone with a large suitcase or any issues about carrying heavy bags up a long, steep winding staircase..

  A comfortable stay in a lovely old building, in a great area, with friendly, helpful staff. Would stay there again

  Liked: The location was wonderful, close to the airport bus and an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by and the breakfast was delicious. Our room,in this lovely old building, was comfortable, with the bedroom on a mezzanine floor and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Liked: It is in Old town

  Disliked: Rooms are tiny and not comfortable. Instructions how to get into hotel have not been received in advance and i. the evening there was nobody at reception, all doors were closed. Only by phone I got instruction how to get thenkey and open the door. Very poor stuff in washroom. Breakfast was not good. However for one night this place is ok to stay.
