  Liked: The place was great, staff was superp and the accomdation was really to the highest standard. We will comeback again. Highly recomended.

  Disliked: We stayed in deluxe room (we were family 2 adults and 2 kids): the layout was extremely impractical. The toilet had a transparent door, offering almost no privacy, and there was barely any space to get dressed. Literally, you had to get dressed inside the toilet or in the shower. the jacuzzi was not heated well, the temperature was around 26°C. This limitation was not mentioned anywhere in the room description or booking information, which was very disappointing. The room also had a bathtub positioned right in the middle of the room, which was unusual and impractical…

  They were very nice but false advertising that pools are heated

  Liked: Very nice and welcoming staff, clean and well organized

  Disliked: They advertise the property as - “heated pools” and hot tubs, however the water was super cold and wasn’t possible to get into neither the pool nor the “hot tub”

  Liked: Looks really nice, staff are incredibly nice and helpful and location wise it’s really good easy access to the town and to Hersonissos. Convenience all round

  Relaxing stay

  Liked: We particularly enjoyed the breakfast (especially the pancakes!) and the private pool in our room. The staff were also lovely, especially the cleaning staff. The room comes with bathrobes and slippers. Towels and sheets were changed every day, which we really liked. The room was quiet - nothing coming through from the other rooms.

  Disliked: We don’t think the hotel represents an actual 5 stars facility. The buffet surely has room for improvement, with better quality of food and options. In our room, the mini fridge was very loud all day and night long, which kept us up at night. The finishes of the room and the bathroom were not those of a 5 stars hotel. There isn’t much around the facility, with mostly only a small supermarket with few and expensive items.

Please note that all hotel’s pools are seasonally heated, at the beginning and end of the summer season.

Please note that a Medical center is 5 minutes away, while a general hospital is 30 minutes away.

Please note that the property can arrange car rentals and schedule excursions to important Cretan sights, such as the archaeological site of Knossos. It is a 20-minute drive from the airport and only a 10-minute drive from the country's most prominent 18-hole golf course.

Shuttle service to Beach Comber at Stalida with reserved sunbeds for our guests.

Please note that the hotel may preauthorize the credit card of guests.

Breakfast of the signature (adults-only rooms) is served at the specially designed Breakfast Area in Signature Complex, with a limited drinks choice.

Half board dinner may swap to lunch upon request in advance or during guests' stay. Lunch & Dinner is served only in Main Buffet Restaurant Natura in Esperides Main Complex. Drinks are excluded from the rate.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
