  Liked: This is a large all-inclusive resort near the center of Hersonissos. We visited at the end of September. Our family room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with two bathrooms. The hotel has three restaurants offering tasty food and an impressive variety of dishes, including high-quality meat and fish. The weather was sometimes too cold and cloudy to enjoy the pools and water park, and unfortunately, none of the pools are heated. However, when the weather allowed, the water park was great fun, with several exciting and elaborate water slides. One disappointment was the so-called lazy river. It's actually just a canal-shaped pool with no current, and the water was dirty, with dead insects floating in it. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, although heated pools would make a big difference for visitors traveling outside the summer season.

  wondefrful, came there a 2nd time and maybe there will be a third time

  Liked: The food was excellent with the kitchen and open bars next to the pool were all that we needed The room was accommodating and large for our family staff was kind and helpful

  Disliked: My parents (elderly couple) were at the star city and had problem to get to the hotel every day to meet the family

  Liked: The facilities including waterpark where very nice.

  Disliked: It was a bit untidy and there where many ants and mosquitos in the room. Also beds are not comfortable.

  Lovely resort with great water slides

  Liked: Great breakfast. Nice choice of 3 restaurants with different food. Lunch and dinner options were good. Alot of variety. Large room size in their family room but there are multiple family rooms with different sizes and shapes. Good value for money. Helpful staff. Amazing water slides for kids.

  Disliked: We changed rooms after day 1 and both rooms had a constant drainage smell. Both ground floor rooms. The food quality was good but the meat was often dry. Beach areas were a bit small and there wasn't much sand/shore as the sea came in.

  Liked: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is wonderful and full of fun activities for everyone. The water slides were definitely the highlight—so much fun and well-maintained. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for a great vacation

However, I was very disappointed with the room cleanliness—it was really not up to standard and definitely needs a lot of improvement. Aside from the housekeeping issue, the stay was enjoyable
