Liked: I liked the beach, as it was right opposite the hotel, there's loads of water sports and you can rent some quad bikes and go around the city.

Disliked: The rooms were a little dusty and outdated. The food in the restaurant is good but the buffet is not and you can only book one restaurant per day subject to availability.

Very nice hotel with good food and staff

  Liked: Very nice and clean

Disliked: One of the tennis rackets was broken so we could only play two at a time instead of 4, and the hotel said they also offer snorkling gear but then you had to buy it yourself

Liked: A True 5-Star Paradise! Saved our vacation and exceeded all expectations! After a nightmare experience at another property, checking into Mitsis Selection Laguna felt like entering paradise. This hotel is a masterclass in what a real luxury 5-star resort should be! From the very first moment, the staff welcomed us with incredible warmth, professionalism, and flawless hospitality. They truly care about their guests and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was stress-free and perfect. The Rooms: Spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was powerful and refreshing, and the room was equipped with every upscale amenity we could possibly need. The Culinary Experience: Absolutely exceptional! The food quality at the main buffet and the themed à la carte restaurants was outstanding, offering an amazing variety of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented dishes throughout the day. The Facilities: The pools are stunning, the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxing, and the attention to detail in every corner of the resort is remarkable. We spent nearly €4,050 to relocate here at the last minute, and it was worth every single Euro. Mitsis Selection Laguna completely saved our holiday and gave us the luxury experience we were looking for. If you want a flawless, premium vacation in Crete with top-tier service, do not hesitate—book this hotel immediately! Thank you to the incredible team!

Liked: The size of the hotel made it easy to get around and access all the facilities and activities. Most of the staff were very nice, the hotel was clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable for our family. The all-inclusive package was generous and felt very indulgent.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to our expectations in terms of taste and quality, except for the Italian restaurant, which was very good, and the crepe bar, which was awesome
