Elevated and comfortable
Liked: Loved everything! Location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful design aesthetic, and great wine, food and service. A++
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Staff excellent. Good location in Old Town. Room is tiny. You can’t sit outside your room as the small outside sitting areas are right next to each other and everyone smokes. Breakfast is very good. I was there 4 nights. 2 would have been enough. Main plus is the staff are first rate. Very hard working. Main problem is the rooms are just too small.

A charming hotel with outstanding staff, a great location and excellent wine
Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay truly enjoyable. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Old Town's main sights, and the wines at the bar were delicious.
Disliked: Our room (No. 8) had a noticeable damp smell when the air conditioning was off. As we are both quite tall, the room also felt a bit small for us. These are minor points and did not spoil our overall experience.

Liked: Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and the hotel is very welcoming. The staff were very quick to accommodate our request. Breakfast and cappuccino was very good.
