Liked: The sea views were fabulous
Disliked: The rooms was small and bland. The bathroom was awful. Tiny shower with shower curtain and floor always flooded. Toilet nearly on the ground

Overall, we had a fantastic time and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Cactus Hotel, for making our visit to Rho
Liked: Wonderful stay with breathtaking sea views! 🌊❤️ We had a wonderful three-night stay at Cactus Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment! The location is absolutely fantastic, with the sea just steps away and everything within easy walking distance. Our room was on the fifth floor, with a breathtaking sea view that made our stay even more special. Waking up to such a beautiful view was simply unforgettable! The hotel is comfortable, welcoming and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was another highlight! Everything was delicious, with a great variety of options and something to suit everyone’s taste. It was a lovely way to start each morning.
Disliked: The only small improvements we would suggest are updating the sun loungers by the pool and refreshing the shower cabin in the bathroom. However, these are minor details that didn’t take away from our wonderful experience.
Terrible room standards for the cheapest options, only the superior rooms are upgraded
Liked: The cleaning staff and bartender were very kind.
Disliked: We arrived late 25th sept. and went straight to bed, then straight out to Rhodos town the next day. We barely stayed in the room the first night, which led to us not noticing some extremely concerning issues. We found black mold/mildew in the shower of our room on our second night and reported it right away, both in writing and at the front desk. The next day we were moved to a new room, but it had the same problem. We were moved four times in total, and every bathroom had black spots in the tile grout, on the ceiling and on the shower curtain. In the end we checked out two nights early. When we followed up, the hotel claimed it was silicone, not mold. Our photos clearly show otherwise. The hotel waived the two nights we didn’t use, but refused any refund for the nights we stayed in rooms with mold. Check the bathroom carefully when you arrive.
