Exceptional
Noisy and busy!
Liked: The location was great, nice room, comfortable bed and large variety of food at buffet.
Disliked: We had asked for a quiet room. We were given a room facing the back of the hotel where there was music and loud entertainment EVERY night until 11 pm. We could not get to sleep early once. The food in the buffet was often good but also often not warm enough. The pool area was too small. Loungers rammed in beside eachother with no space and all gone by 9.30.
Liked: Comfortable Stay with Family and Kids., Delicious Breakfast and dinner.. Helpful Staff...
Liked: Situated near the old town and not far away from the beach, this hotel had everything I wanted. All inclusive was quite good and even the pool water in the late October was nice. If you like Greek food, you'll find a lot of good choices. The personal is always smiling and professional.
Disliked: Some facilities need renovation. But everything is very clean!

Liked: The stay was very successful, the location is close to the sea and within walking distance of the Old Town. The dishes were excellent—truly high-quality—and we were welcomed with wine and sweets. The staff were very pleasant. I recommend it!
Loved Rhodes, Dissappointed in the hotel
Liked: Staff were fabulous. Extremely helpful and pleasant. Location is great and I loved the beach for Mitsis customers with fluffy towels. very good breakfast with lovely staff
Disliked: The building was a slant and made me feel like I was going to fall especially on the 4th and 6th floor. I didn't realise there were mainly baths in the rooms. The entertainment at night went on until 11pm and made it impossible to get an early night especially when I was unwell. The pool area was very dissapointing as people sitting around the pool were practically in the pool. I booked this hotel for the pool and I didn't use it once. Lucky there was beautiful beach within 3 mins walk with a lovely gentleman looking after the area. Coffee was Nescafe...not what I expected in your hotel. I bought my coffee nearby daily.
