Very good
Disliked: The bed was horrendous It was not a double bed....it was two beds together and rolled into the space in-between the mattresses. I didn't sleep good at all.
Perfect for an easy well-located city apartment
Liked: great location, easy access with pincode (no fear of losing the key), bus station right in front of the building, old town & shopping accessible by foot (10min), many restaurants around, big room, nice staff quickly replying to messages and friendly in person:)
Disliked: the head of the bed looked very used (ripped) and the bed had a very noticeable curve in the middle which made us gravitate towards it. the bed was also quite unstable and noisy.
Convenient and beautiful room
Liked: Super convenient location, tours and bus stops across the street! They tidy the room daily and no room key worry because it’s a code. It was loud but not too disturbing in my opinion. Very spacious room!
Liked: It is really close to everything (old town) and the bed was confortable. The cleaning lady was adorable!
Disliked: Extremelly noisy! Impossible to sleep at nigbt, even with earplugs we were seriously struggling to fall sleep. The balcony faces the street with several pubs with loud music and young tourist making it a hell to rest. We had ants in our badroom and the wifi conexion was not working on the TV so we couldn't use it. The second night our room was not pdoperly cleaned, towels not changed and the bed poorly done.
Perfect location, spacious and beautifully designed rooms, lovely staff, and everything you need within easy reach!
Liked: The property is in the perfect location! There’s absolutely no need to hire a car, as everything is within easy reach. The bus station is directly across the road, making it really easy to explore other areas of the island. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented, with a great mix of modern style and traditional character. The staff were also absolutely lovely, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!
Great location, but cleanliness and facilities were clearly insufficient
Liked: The girl who welcomed us was very helpful and welcoming. The WhatsApp chat service for communicating with the hosts is attentive and always available to help resolve any issues. The location is really excellent, as it is right in the city center and close to many services, all of which can be reached very quickly by scooter.
Disliked: The property does not fully match what is shown in the photos, as it is slightly smaller than it appears. Furthermore, the cleaning was very, very poor, generally throughout the entire room. By accident, we looked under the bed and found what was underneath, which made us think that the area probably had not been cleaned for months. During a fairly long stay, we also noticed that on a few occasions there was no towel or garbage bag replacement, although this was not a particularly serious issue. There was also dirt in the corners of the shower that appeared to be related to mold, and the shower drain is very slow. If the shower is left running for more than 10 minutes, the water risks flooding the bathroom. Overall, we were not satisfied with the very superficial cleaning or with the very limited services provided. For example, we had to buy our own knives, glasses, and small plastic plates just to have breakfast.
