Liked: Location was great 5 mins to the centre. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was lovely and clean spacious with nice balcony over looking the lovely pool area which had lots of sun beds. The food was excellent with great choices. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and when in Rhodes next time I would want to stay here again. Highly recommended.
Disliked: The pool was very cold, although some people did go in for a swim.

Liked: We booked an all-inclusive package. The breakfast was delicious, though options for Muslims were limited. Lunch and dinner were tasty. The "all-inclusive" plan covers only alcoholic beverages and cold drinks; hot drinks come at an extra cost. The pool is nice—though small—with a depth of up to 1.50 meters. The ice cream is good, and the hotel's location is excellent, situated about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and 15 min walk from the beach.
