Exceptional
Good location but very simple
Liked: Location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The rooms need to be updated/modernized.
Liked: The location

Liked: The hotel was super calm, quiet and well located. The owner of the hotel was probably the nicest I have met in my life. She was always asking if she could help me somehow and gave me plenty of good tips during my stay. The location is excellent as you can reach all the main areas in the centre by walking.
A friendly family-run hotel in a great location
Liked: The Florida Hotel is in a great location, very near beaches, lots of restaurants, local buses and only 15 minutes' walk from the Old Town. The family who run the hotel are really friendly and helpful, and have lots of recommendations about where to eat. Thanks to them we had evening meals in the brilliant Niohori restaurant (more popular with locals than tourists) as well as the excellent Rodon cafe for breakfast.
Disliked: The accommodation was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, but really it was more like one room, with a concertina door which we pulled across to separate the room. We wanted two rooms because both of us are noisy sleepers, and this flimsy partition wasn't really soundproof. However, there were two bathrooms, so getting up in the night to go to the toilet wasn't a problem. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
Amazing!
Liked: Staff were extremely kind! they lend us beach umbrella, gave us recommendations for a day trip to Symi, location was excellent! Walking distance to the beach and city. Thanks a lot for everything!
Liked: Loved my stay here. Perfect location in walking distance to the beach and the Old Town, with lots of nice cafés and bars around. The hotel provides all the necessities one might need, including beach towels. The hotel owners were very friendly and helpful with their personal recommendations for places to visit.
