Liked: This is certainly not a 5 star hotel. 2/3 of the lifts were out of order on my last day. The queues for the buffet were horrendous and the food was always cold. Only for the Al la carte restaurants, you would want to leave the hotel.

Liked: Great hotel and facilities. Highly recommend it. We had a great stay. The service at all the bars could be a bit faster. It was lacking manpower during rush hour. People reserving the best transats early before breakfast and not coming before 10-11 is annoying and unrespectful but not specific to this hotel unfortunately.
