Exceptional
Excellent Hotel
Liked: Staff are exceptional at Hotel Galaxias. This my 3rd stay here. It adds to the enjoyment of my holiday. Room was a good size. Bed was very comfortable. I slept well every night. Good breakfast. Good shower. Room was noise free. Great location. 20 min walk to the Old Town, Monte Smith, and the beach.

Amazing, Friendly Hotel
Liked: The staff are by far the best thing about the hotel. They were always available and the ladies on reception were ready to help with any problem or questions. Loads of great tips and recommendations from them and they always had time for guests. Location-wise, the hotel's in a nice spot between the beach, old town and acropolis, so everywhere's a short walk or drive away, as well as places to eat and drink if you don't fancy going all the way to the town centre. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Liked: Very friendly staff and very good location, close to the old town (15 min walk). Nice breakfast and free parking around the Hotel
decent but overpriced
Liked: The main positive aspect of my stay was the friendly staff. Everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made certain moments of the stay more pleasant.
Disliked: The room itself was very basic, and while the overall cleanliness was acceptable, I did find hair in a few spots, which took away from the experience. The location wasn’t ideal either — about 20 minutes from the Old Town, and the surrounding area didn’t look particularly appealing. Breakfast wasn’t included, and the €12 charge for a very basic meal felt steep, especially considering the quality. Overall, the hotel felt overpriced for what it offers.
Great value for money:)
Liked: Everything. First of all the staff is super nice, careful and ready to help wearing always big smiles on their faces, from check in ‘till check out moment (we will miss you all guys!). Breakfast is great, with rich variety of options. The rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The distance to Rhodes town is within walking distance (10-15 mins on foot). Around the hotel there’s pharmacy shop, supermarket, many restaurants and the bus station No5 which has great connections to the most beautiful beaches and towns of Rhodes (Lindos, Tsambika, Kallithea, Faliraki,…)

In case of late arrival, beyond 24:00 (midnight), client must definitely inform us in time, in order to retain the reservation; otherwise it is automatically canceled by the system, due to the change of the date.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
