Fabulous
Location great -Staff at the reception and at the restaurant Nisos amazing! Highly recommend it!
Liked: The staff is great! Christina at the reception so lovely helpful professional
Not for families
Liked: The location is convenient, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. One of the receiption staff, short dark hair woman, was nice and spoke english well.
Disliked: The room doesn’t match the pictures in case of booking the one with a separate bedroom. If you book one of these rooms be aware that you are staying in a kind of annex of the building in the first floor. The rooms are more out dated than in the pictures of Booking with a weird heavy balcony door that is hard to open. Also your room might be connected with another room with a door (see a pic) so you can hear everything from the other room when sitting on the couch. The restaurant downstairs, located directly under the room, plays loud music every night. The level of cleaning in the rooms is’t good either, lots of stains everywhere and little ants running near sinks.
Good, Central Hotel Near to the Beach & Old Town
Liked: Great location, 2mins, from the (grey, gritty) beach and 15mins walk to the fantastic Old Town. Accessible promenade Very friendly greeting and helpful staff. Their restaurant, Nisos, attached is great - lots of food options and nicely laid out. It’s quite a noisy hotel but then it is very central and surrounded by bars, restaurants and small shops. Otherwise all good with plenty of wardrobe and hanging space and a safe. Decent sized bathroom.
Disliked: Not so Good Breakfast is not a buffet but cold items on a wooden pyramid and you can order from a hot menu - of which most is eggs & pancakes. I prefer the buffet style where I can choose my breakfast of cereal and Beans on Toast! Cappuccino wasn’t included but you could ask for it but don’t - it was terrible and made with UHT milk. Our Room was at the side/back of the hotel with a small balcony but still quite noisy: AC was too noisy to sleep with it on, one light emitted a high pitch whine, fridge noisy but at least there is one! And some other niggles: - Soft beds which gave me back ache - Washing line broken on the balcony - Shower door off its hinges (one side) The Hotel has a Jacuzzi area which could be adding to the noise. And the Jacuzzi area is most uninviting - surrounded by dead plants and some fake green grass. The metal chairs in this area are VERY uncomfortable - they need some cushions!!! This area could be a lovely space - get rid of the jacuzzi, have some lovely plants and pergolas with trailing vines to give privacy…
Liked: The stuff, location, general comfort, all was great!
Disliked: The breakfast was very tested, though I think more option must be available.
Liked: First I want to thank to amazing vasiana! That welcome me and help me with everything I need.. so kind and full of patience. I was in this hotel 3 years ago and she remembered me. And make me feel so welcome again. The location is perfect on Eli beach. Near to old town and New town.
