Fabulous
Disliked: Poor place, overrated…
Memorable
Liked: Fabulous hotel would recommend too all. I travelled alone for the night and the staff and owner made me feel so comfortable and satisfied my every need. I will be sure to return. Thank you.
More of a budget hotel than a boutique one
Liked: Good location. Good shower water pressure. Nice room decor.
Disliked: Too many things broken in the room and the staff don't care. Broken bedside table, toilet seat, bathroom plug and light, TV remote. Mirror off the wall, creaky bed. We were told "you get what you pay for" but even in budget hotels things work! And anyway we'd paid over 90euros per night for a 'superior' room.
Sadly Disappointing
Liked: The room was spacious and liked the design and bed,breakfast was ok
Disliked: The noise was too much until I mentioned it, i wasn't the only one commenting about it. The room wasn't cleaned very well cobwebs down side of settee,dust on all the big bulbs,neither looked like been cleaned in weeks,a bath with a tap fitted shower which I'm sure with a bit of thought a proper shower could be fitted if they got rid of bath
Extremely poor customer service
Liked: Nothing, they moved me to another hotel the day before I was supposed to check in. They said it was an upgrade to a hotel next door. The hotel was 13 minutes walk away and cost less to stay in. My sister was staying in this hotel as we were holidaying together. We couldn't have breakfast together in the mornings. The new hotel also didn't even have a pool to use. Penelope didn't even respond to the message I sent about this happening and I was given zero compensation. It is clearly a terribly run hotel.
Disliked: Everything. The way I was treated was disgusting and they ruined my holiday.

Disliked: I have never wanted to write a bad review but this is honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in for a long time.The pictures and reviews do not match the hotel at all. The pool area was absolutely disgusting, we did not see anyone clean around the pool or the pool itself for the duration of our stay. Pool furniture was dirty, Sun umbrellas and cabanas broken. Breakfast was ok but the same every day. Our patio door in the room did not lock, lighting in the rooms very poor. I’m sure at one point this hotel was well maintained but not any more.
