Fabulous
Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay at The Ixian Grand & All Suites was very disappointing. We expected a relaxing, luxurious 5-star All Inclusive experience, but the reality was far from our expectations. First of all, we were surprised that both the spa and gym required additional payment, despite the hotel being advertised as All Inclusive. The food was another major disappointment. The quality and taste were poor, and there was a very unpleasant smell in the restaurants, which made dining uncomfortable. Another significant issue was the swimming pools. The hotel has no indoor pool, and the outdoor pools were so cold that we couldn’t enjoy swimming at all. For a hotel of this category and price, we expected much better facilities, food quality, and overall comfort. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine luxury All Inclusive experience. The experience simply did not justify the price.

Liked: The hotel was was a really good standard overall and more than exceeded our expectations. All the staff were just the right amount of friendly, and very helpful. The food couldn't be faulted and the restaurant that has a view of the sea was beautiful with fresh food made to order. We had a grand suite with private pool which made our holiday extra enjoyable having everything you need to hand.
Disliked: The bathroom/wetroom needs updating. When you have a shower the water doesn't reach the drain in the room and water is all over the floor.
The perfect honeymoon destination
Liked: The stay was amazing! We stayed in a Grand Suite with Private Pool and it was absolutely stunning!!! The room was so comfortable, clean and spacious. All the stafff throughout the entire resort were so helpful, kind and friendly. Everything about our stay was 100% perfect!

Disliked: Cocktails were too alcoholic, Spa staff was extremely pushy to book an appointment and the prices for the procedures were very high
Perfect all inclusive break
Liked: Pool, room, staff and Arizona restaurant were all exceptional
