  Amazing hosts and beautiful

  Liked: Utopia by name, Utopia by nature - an absolutely exceptional experience. Every so often, you discover somewhere that is so special it deserves far more than a five-star review. Utopia Luxury Suites is one of those rare places. Nestled within the beautiful medieval Old Town of Rhodes, Utopia offers the perfect combination of luxury, tranquillity and an unbeatable location. Our King Suite was absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, immaculately presented and finished with a level of care and attention to detail that would put many five-star hotels to shame. But as wonderful as the accommodation is, the real treasure of Utopia are Effie and Giannis. There are people who work in hospitality, and then there are people who seem genuinely born for it. Effie and Giannis are unquestionably the latter. Their warmth, generosity and genuine enthusiasm for making their guests happy are quite extraordinary. Nothing feels rehearsed, nothing feels like an obligation, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They have that wonderful ability to make you feel less like a paying guest and more like a personal friend who has come to stay. Breakfast is amazing and plentiful presented to an exceptionally high standard. The location is superb. Step outside and you’re immediately immersed in the history, atmosphere, wonderful restaurants and charming streets of Rhodes Old Town, yet return to Utopia and you find a peaceful little sanctuary away from the bustle.

  We felt completely at home at Utopia and would love to return!

  Liked: Excellent walkable location in Old Town. Very central yet peaceful, secure, and quiet. The charming apartments, beautifully decorated, are ground level with patio areas provided. Incredible breakfasts with fresh, quality ingredients are made to order and delivered by the delightful owner Effie each morning. Effie and Giannis have thought of every detail to make their guests’ stay comfortable and convenient. They provide exceptional, ultra clean accommodations with service that is above and beyond!

  Liked: It was a beautiful place to stay. The highlight of it all was meeting Effie and Giannis plus the wonderful breakfast that Effie makes every morning for us. You get a delicious Greek breakfast to help start your day and honestly it’s one of the best breakfast I’ve had on a holiday.

  This stay was a warm cuddle at a time when it was most needed, so appreciated

  Liked: The space was fabulous, quiet but in town it had everything you could need. But for me the most important part of a stay is the host and they were attentive helpful adorable and I would go back just to see them. A perfect stay, thank you so much.

  Absolutely exceptional in every way - I can’t remember a stay where the owners were as involved and hospitable as at Uto

  Liked: Everything! We knew the location was superb, but we were delighted by the offer of buggies to collect us and bags from the car park, the welcome by Giannis & Effy was amazing the room was beautiful and the breakfast by Effy was superb.

  Disliked: There is nothing to dislike about this property- the hosts are superb!!!

  Simply wonderful

  Liked: Fantastic location, brilliant hosts, the cats, the breakfast (THE BREAKFAST!!!!!), the peacefulness and the interaction with Effie and Yannis.

  Disliked: Nothing comes to mind but a slip shower mat for the shower could be a marginal gain. This place is wonderful.
