Fabulous
Great staff but property did not quite meet our expectation
Liked: The staff were wonderful and so happy to help. The room was dated and the shower did not have a holder so quite difficult as you had to hold it. The bed was against the wall so one had to slide down to exit the bed. The garden outside our room was messy. We chose this because of the pool in particular but the pool was very cold. You need a car to get around as the walk to Appolonia is on the main road.

Good, well priced stay
A complete dissapointment that had us packing up and looking for other accomodations
Liked: Parts of the property look like the pics on the booking site, but only ONE suite faces the pool - all other rooms do not have pool view as stated in the hotel description.
Disliked: The property is located at the end of a VERY steep and windy road, and sits in a valley surrounded by farmland. If you have no mobility issues you can make it down with luggage, but I don’t see how one can possibly walk up and out with luggage. The bus to Apollonia will get you to the top of this road, but you need to ask for the Andromeda stop. Upon finally getting there, we were assigned Room10, one of 3 rooms in what the owner described as the fruit tree garden. I am attaching the description of Our Superior Double Room reservation, and pics of “the garden”. I think the pics speak for themselves and you can draw your own conclusions. I am unfortunately unable to pick more than 4 pics with this review. We also quickly found out that WiFi doesn’t work in that part of the property, and the water is not potable (filtered water we were supposed to receive did not materialize). We almost immediately requested a different room, and were told we could move to a suite the next morning, and quoted the price difference. When my wife asked whether the mattresses are better in the suites, the owner literally told her that perhaps we should find another place. We did just that, and sent him a detailed message with our reasons for the early check-out. We have yet to receive any sort of response to our message.
