  it is a pretty house and location but access can be challenging

  Liked: The house is pretty well furnished and neat. It has a great view on Kastro village and the sea. Very confortable beds.The garden is beautifully planted and maintained.

  Disliked: The access was challenging and was not mentioned until a day before our arrival. Very badly indicated by the host who gave us the number of a contact who never answered our call. There is no parking and if we had not managed to speak with the neighbours at Chalakia house who let us kindly park in their lot it would have been very hard for to go back and forth and we would have had to park 8 mn walk away and take a very steep road to get home. No lighting on the small path (200m) leading to the house. Luckily we had our phones and no indication on the property. The description on the site says facilites for disabled guess: Totally inaccurate and misleading. For people with small children note that the 2nd bedroom does not communicate with the main house. Also not mentioned on the site Plus last day we took out the bed sheets to put them in the washing machine to find worms on the mattress. See pics below.

  Liked: Beautiful villa in a quiet location, put together with a lot of style and care. Also, what a great garden they have landscaped!

  Disliked: There is a significant path to walk to reach the villa which was a surprise. If well posted it would not be an issue.

  Excellent!

  Liked: This is my second time in Greece and my first time to Sifnos, I’ve been to a few Greek islands on my last trip, but I have to say this one seems pretty special, that the Villa was everything the listing mentioned and more. The views were spectacular and the accommodations were great especially the bathrooms.. The pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s a 15 minute ride from the port to the house which seems to be brand new. The open kitchen which is fully equipped which came in handy since most restaurants were still closed due to the season. It was a short trip and we are considering returning Sifnos in the late summer where we can spend more time exploring the island. We would definitely like to book the same villa it was very nice.
