Exceptional
Loved our stay at this cute villa
Liked: The host Margarita is amazing. So friendly and she provided a bunch of yummy treats for us especially her incredible orange cake. There’s a small supermarket and a fresh food store a couple of mins walk. There’s also a newish gym across the road from the fresh food market. It’s a 10 min walk down a cobbled laneway to many bars, restaurants and shops. Many steps though! The pool and views across to the town are great.
Disliked: The only thing was the single beds in the second bedroom weren’t very comfortable…a bit hard and springy.
Liked: Margarita was an absolutely wonderful host, she is also a very nice person. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The location is ideal to walk to Appolonia. We will definitely come back.
Our stay was just perfect
Liked: The location is convenient, perfectly positioned next to supermarket and charming village of Apollonia, while also close to the best beaches and sights. The host was also very nice and helpful, we got some great recommendations for restaurants and other stuff, the fridge was filled with fresh fruits, wine, water, jam and nuts.
Excellent location, excellent host, excellent stay!
Liked: We had a lovely stay! The host was really kind and generous, with thoughtful welcome snacks on arrival. She was very generous with our young child ensuring there was a high chair, baby bath and even some extra nappies that she happened to have which was really appreciated. She’s very responsive as well so it was a very simple, stress free experience from start to finish. It’s hard to find accommodation near Apollonia with a pool, so this was a great bonus — the pool area is lovely. The location is convenient too, close to a bus stop and supermarket, and there’s parking available. The space itself is comfortable and has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: It’s got a fun, eclectic style — quite busy and kitschy, which some guests will love, though it’s not everyone’s vibe
Memorable Birthday Holiday Stay
Liked: What a lovely place to stay. Margarita and Elina were excellent to deal with and looked after us so well. We were picked up at the Ferry and taken to the Apartment and shown around. During our stay they regularly checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The place is a 10 minute walk into central Apollania which was a lovely walk through charming alleyways with lots of shops to interest you. Pool was great for relaxing and cooling off. Highly recommended.
Exceptional
Liked: I would recommend Villa Arades, Margarita is a super host, attention to detail in the Villa is excellent. Very comfortable beds with lots of wardrobe space, kitchen and lounge area excellent, nice plunge pool.
Disliked: We were two couples, but there were only 2 sunbeds, would have liked 4, Margarita would have to reshuffle the pool area to achieve this. There are 170 steps down into the town centre,no problem going down, it's when you have to come up the steps,it's was a hard climb at times.
