Very good
Liked: Most staff were very good with a big call out to the guy at the entrance who was very helpful even in the rain.
Disliked: One of the managers at the desk was very condescending and patronising when I had a query.

Disliked: Breakfast was a bit chaotic, breads, and other food items needed replenishing more often as quite busy there.

Liked: Closeness to city centre, very clean and great facilities
Disliked: Loud from the street at night, personally found the beds way too soft and therefore couldn’t sleep; but that’s just me. I didn’t like that they don’t advise you that you can get eggs or pancakes at breakfast. You’re paying enough, you shouldn’t have to spot someone eating them and have to ask!
Extortionate price for very disappointing room
Liked: Food was good, beds were comfy and staff were nice.
Disliked: The bathroom was disgraceful and bedroom carpet and lamps were visibly marked/dirty. Price for stay was extortionate for room that needs an obvious revamp.
