Guest reviews
Very good
Pleasant and would return:)
Liked: Location and cleanliness, staff were accommodating and friendly:) our room wasn’t ready and the staff were very apologetic and no ask was too big. Very kind.
Disliked: All good!
Great stay in central cork
Liked: Great location Automated check in was great. Room ready a little early without asking. Room perfect.
Disliked: Nothing
Good Location, nice restaurant on site
Liked: Very good location, nice hotel, good restaurant, polite stuff, very clean. All what we expected for a 4 star Hotel.
Disliked: They gave us a triple room (we booked a double room) where the double bed was very small (under standard size of 1,60m) and between the beds and the wall was a space just something like 35-40cm to reach the bed. The breakfast was also rather basic, but we registered in all 4 hotels in Ireland where we stayed on our journey, that this is probably standard (no fruits, except of compost, very restricted selection of bread and marmelades.) The room was a bit overprized, but possible due to the Jazz Festival in Cork (which we did not know when we planned our trip)
Would definitely recommend. Stored our bags for the afternoon as well, which was helpful
Liked: Excellent location. Clean & comfy rooms.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Location to town centre and coffee shop
Disliked: Suggest having the coffee shop open on sundays
Liked: Great location and very helpful staff.
