Fabulous
Expensive for what it was
Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great location and the room was clean.
Disliked: When we stayed at the hotel, the heating was broken so it was chilly at times. The shower struggled to provide hot water and the room that we were given for our stay was directly above the bar which played loud music until midnight.
Liked: Lovely hotel with friendly, welcoming staff in a great central location. We had an issue which was dealt with very efficiently and to our satisfaction.
Overpriced and very basic
Liked: The location is excellent
Disliked: The food in Greenes was very average and overpriced and the room decor is very basic. It's fine if you plan to spend no time in the room but otherwise it was a very grim place to hang out
Great value, great location, great staff, great hotel
Liked: Central location, quality decoration, friendly helpful staff, lots to do nearby. Very clean. Room decor is lovely. Bathroom perfect.
Disliked: Nothing
Disliked: Heating wasnt working in the hotel during our stay, no alternatives ( Portable electric heaters ) were offered, bearing in mind that it was during an orange weather warning! After arriving at the hotel after a night out on Friday there was no power at the hotel and no staff on hand to guide us to our rooms except for a gentleman at reception who told us we had to use our phones torch.
Liked: Excellent location.
Disliked: Very small room. Very small double bed. Very stuffy room. Staff noisily moving beer barrels at 5am in the morning.
