Very good
Short break at the Kilford Arms
Liked: Clean, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Ideal location. Parking facilities. Helpful staff. Warm welcome from reception staff.
Disliked: Rooms too hot. Slept with windows open although they didn't open wide enough to make much difference. Lighting in rooms very poor. Breakfast was expensive and poor quality although food in general was very good.
Great stay in a lovely, centrally located hotel which was great value for money
Liked: Breakfast was excellent, a really good selection, and staff were very accommodating. Staff in bar and restaurant were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were comfortable, a little too warm for us, but once we figured out the windows and fan we were sorted:) Hotel is very central and perfectly located.
Disliked: There are a lot of steps up and down between carpark and hotel which is a little awkward for luggage but we may not have followed signage correctly?

Disliked: The acoustics in the room were terrible, you could hear absolutely everything outside.
