Exceptional
Perfect location
Liked: Location was perfect. Place was quiet at night. Good stay. Fresh milk was available which was very nice to have. Great Parking recommendations
Disliked: Key pad for entry from hallway to stairs was occasionally temperamental.
An apartment with a fantastic location, it was very comfortable clean and modern. I would absolutely come back and stay
Liked: Location was great. The rooms were lovely clean and good sized. The bathrooms were modern and very clean. Good tea making facilities in our room. Customer service was very good when we messed up and were putting in our code into the wrong room number.
Disliked: The bed was very big but as it was two singles stuck together it sagged in the middle and gradually moved apart during the night. I think a strap to keep the beds attached would be nicer. Also there was a green light in the ceiling of our room and a red light on the wall beside the bathroom for the AC and these both stayed on all night and were very bright. Covering these lights with something would’ve made our night sleep and bit better. Both very small things though and only slightly impacted our stay.
Liked: The location, the hot tub views. Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: The shower water wasn't always hot
Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, design aesthetically pleasing
Liked: Location very central, easy walking distance to where car was parked, shopping, restaurants. Accommodation was located on main high street however it was calm and quiet. Breakfast cereals, bread, milk, orange juice, biscuits, jams provided.
Disliked: Pump soap dispenser was empty at kitchen sink. Rainwater shower - temperature lower than the shower head attached to wall. Access stairs up to room narrow and uneven steps especially if you have large suitcases to carry upstairs.
Disliked: Multiple stairs and parking not available.
Liked: Location, hot tube, how clean it all was and value for money
