A lovely stay in a great location
Liked: Staff was lovely. Breakfast was wonderful. Location excellent.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have a walk in shower but not a big deal.
Wonderfully furnished traditional hotel right in the centre of town
Liked: Beautiful hotel, wonderfully furnished, right in the centre of town. Fabulous breakfast. All reception staff SO friendly.....sadly 'breakfast staff' could do with being a bit more cheery! (maybe they don't realise how much it costs to stay here!)
Disliked: Just the somewhat unfriendly breakfast staff. It costs nothing to smile a bit, say Good Morning.....and Thank You (However, the young gent with the pony tail was very professional - and friendly).
Disliked: No air conditioning
Highly recommend this hotel
Liked: Excellent location, staff and spotless
Disliked: Room was very warm
Liked: Lovely comfortable room. Really quiet even though it's in the heart of Killarney. Staff were very nice and friendly
