Fabulous
I has a real good stay at the hotel
Liked: Had excellent breakfast. The room was spotless clean and tidy lovely laid out.
Disliked: I didn't like the Restaurant in the evening. Service was way too slow and the waiter got my order wrong as I ordered a starter which I didn't get as was given the main coarse instead

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had the essentials.
Disliked: Could do with newer carpets/modern refresh but overall not bad.

Disliked: My wife had a meal for dinner which was essentially just salad leaves and when mentioned to staff they agreed that it was not acceptable and another member advised that this had been taken from the bill.
Liked: Love the refurbishment. Family room is fab. Love the restaurant bar and lobby. Lovely reception and breakfast staff.
Disliked: The bar staff leaving glasses piled up on bar. Some waiters quite rude.
Perfect holiday stay for families
Liked: Loved the staff, they were exceptional and worked very hard to ensure the guests were happy. Also the fact that there was a lot of staff working at any given time. The decor was stunning and bedrooms were gorgeous. Facilities for the children were excellent they were constantly engaged. Swimming pool was fab.
Disliked: It couldn't be helped but our room was a long walk from Reception. Other than that everything was perfect.

Liked: The hotel was amazing!! Has a gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna & steam room which is perfect for anyone looking for recovery. The breakfast, Bar & restaurant was superb!
